Kathmandu, Nepal – The price of gold in the Nepali market has shattered all previous records today, climbing to a new historic high.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold (Hallmark) has increased by Rs 1,900 per tola overnight. This surge pushes the price across the significant Rs 2.6 lakh threshold for the first time in history.
Silver has also seen a rise today, increasing by Rs 45 per tola compared to yesterday’s trading rates.
